Attic Fragments: Some Notes on an English Poem

Christian poetry is an overlooked subject. This should not be so. Poetry in general is good for the mind and heart. Historically, Christians of all ages were instructed in the basic precepts of poetic composition, and this helped shaped the persons of anitiquity who went on to be the pillars of the early church and of the later Byzantine believers. These notes on an Old English poem were written to illustrate, not only the sounds of poetry, but also a unique way of dissecting lines and thoughts.
